Autism Awareness Month Yoga Workshop
自閉症關注月瑜珈工作坊
很榮幸得到愛培自閉症基金的邀請，讓我們能在自閉症關注月舉辦以照顧者為題的瑜伽班，讓照顧自閉症孩子的家長們能夠有機會放鬆身心享受屬於他們的寶貴時刻。
作為照顧者 ，他們每日不辭勞苦在照顧自己的家庭，實在缺乏了照顧自己身心的時間……建希社盼望能透過舉辦一系列照顧照顧者的活動，藉以提倡關注照顧者的身心，令領航的他們感受到被照顧和關心的機會，重拾光明。很慶幸在活動的尾聲看到各位照顧者由心而發的笑容，這份從容實在令人非常鼓舞和感動！

We’re very grateful to have been invited by Autism Partnership Foundation to cohost this selfcare workshop for the caregivers of autistic children in particular to this very special Month of Autism Awareness.
Caregivers are warriors who fight battles day in and day out in silence. They deserve validation of their efforts, patience and CARE as much as we ask of them. Together we will build a safe and healthy community that supports one another.
