「建希社 - 以老護老」一連三個週末的街站活動順利完成！
香港人口老化，年長照顧者非常普遍。但長者體力有限，心力交瘁的照顧親人實非容易。小西灣作為年長照顧者集中區域，透過今次活動令我們更了解年長照顧者的難處和需要，藉此舉辦更有效支持他們的活動。
透過分享他們的故事一同支持照顧者，提高大眾對照顧者壓力及精神健康的關注。非常感謝各方的支持。
The “Lighthouse Association – Elderly Caring for Elderly” Roadshow, held over three consecutive weekends, has been successfully completed!
With Hong Kong’s aging population, elderly caregivers are very common. But they may have limited physical strength, and caring for loved ones even when physically and mentally exhausted is truly not easy. Siu Sai Wan, as an area populated with elderly caregivers, through this activity allowed us to better understand the difficulties and needs of elderly caregivers, so as to organise more effective activities to support them.
By sharing their stories, we support caregivers together and raise public awareness of caregiver stress and mental health. Thank you very much for the support from all parties.
